I read an article that stated sitting at a desk all day is the “worst thing you can do for your butt”.
A Tel Aviv University study sited that up to 50 more body fat is produced in the body parts we put pressure on when sitting or reclining. (This explains a lot for me) To combat this, that means you must get up every hour and walk around your office, talk a short walk outside or even stand up while making calls.
This is the WONDERFUL thing about working from home. We get a chance to walk outside and take those short breaks. Also taking these short breaks will increase your productivity as well as health. :)
